Because every copy of Psalms for Situations is printed on demand specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for orders placed in error, change of mind, or duplicate purchases. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Damaged or Defective Copies
If your book arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will replace it at no cost to you. To request a replacement, email us at info@sacredwordworship.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a clear photograph showing the issue. We will arrange a replacement through our print partner as quickly as possible.
Lost Orders
If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your order, please contact us at info@sacredwordworship.com within 21 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with our shipping partner and, where confirmed lost, arrange a replacement.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they enter production. Because production begins within hours of purchase, cancellation requests must be made immediately by emailing info@sacredwordworship.com with your order number in the subject line. We cannot guarantee cancellation once production has started.
